Blake Electrical is a family-owned company which has been trading successfully in the Manchester area for 20 years. Our reliable, customer-focused approach has allowed us to expand our services and we now work with a network of electricians, all of whom are fully qualified to the levels required by the industry professional and regulatory bodies, and offering the same courteous, responsive approach.

Part P requirements compliance

From 1st January 2005 all electrical work in dwellings in England and Wales need to comply with Part P requirements and must be carried out by persons who are competent to do the work. Blake Electrical are fully qualified to do this.

NAPIT Membership

As a NAPIT member, we have been assessed by NAPIT in the fields of electrical installation. NAPIT offer a Work Quality Guarantee scheme to give you peace of mind; details of which appear on the Compliance Certificate issued by NAPIT via NAPIT members when work has been completed.

NAPIT Members working in the domestic sector can choose to sign up to a consumer code of practice that complies with the Government's award winning anti-cowboy and confirms that we provide warranty cover, adjudication & services to protect consumers and resolve disputes.
